So now you are ready to place your order with us and need a small guide on how to do that. No problem, read these instructions and learn everything about the way we work!

  • Place your order

First and foremost, we need to know what kind of paper you need. To inform us about all the details, you should complete a short and simple form. There are two stages of form completion: writing recommendations and your personal data. When providing your writer with guidance, you are expected to highlight such moments as paper type, number of pages and sources, deadline, formatting style, subject, topic, etc. There are two additional fields to be found in the order form: Comment and Files. If you have anything to add to your basic instructions, make sure to write it in the Comment section. As you have already guessed, the Files section allows you to upload documents for your helper. The form supports almost all formats, but if you have problems with uploading – please contact us. Next, you should leave your phone number and email to let our Customer Support team reach you if needed.

  • Make a payment

After your order is submitted, you will be automatically transferred to the payment page. Use your card (MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Discover) to pay for your paper. Please mind that our services are prepaid and we will start working on your assignment only after your payment is received. We guarantee that no hidden charges will be applied to your payment, but the card provider or bank might have transaction fees, so please be aware of that. We have an advanced security system, so rest assured that your payment is safe and confidential.

  • Order in progress

Right after your payment is received, we are going to assign a writer to work on your task. The writers are assigned in accordance with their academic level, profile discipline, and current workload. We strive to let students connect with writers, who are proficient in their particular fields of knowledge with the help of our platform. This way, the best quality and relevance of writing can be achieved. When your writer starts working on an assignment, you are welcome to keep in touch with him/her using an online messaging system. This messaging system can be accessed through your control panel.

  • Delivery

There are two stages of delivery at We are going to upload a finished order in a .jpg format to your control panel. You are expected to review it carefully and confirm the draft if everything seems satisfying to you. Once the draft is approved, you will receive a .doc version of the same draft.

  • After delivery

You have a right to request a free revision of the draft right after you get a preview version or later. In general, you have two weeks of free unlimited revisions to request. Please be aware that we cannot provide a free revision in case your initial instructions and your revision instructions are different. Amendments can be done only in case your recommendations or quality standards were not followed properly. If you would like to change the initial instructions, you will have to pay additionally or place a new order with us.
